Non lighted signs are available in more different materials and uses than illuminated signs. This type of sign can be manufactured in any size, shape, or form desired. ie: the sign in Example 1 is all aluminum, three sided painted sign. You may want to indirectly light a sign like this with flood lights.
The graphics on this sign and most signs in today's times are decorated with High Performance
Vinyls in combination with urethane paints. The colored 'eye' is airbrushed, while the copy is high performance
vinyls. Kirkland Sign Co., Inc.'s choice of manufacturer for the vinyl we use is 3M.
Vinyl is also used on vehicle identification because its longer life is longer than paint, it is more economical and generally gives a crisper look. Window lettering is another way

Individual non lighted letters are another good and economical way to
indentify your business. Plastic formed and cast aluminum letters are available in many different letter styles, colors and sizes. If a style or size is not available, we can custom fabricate any style letters and logos. See Examples 2 and 3.

Duroply or MDO and sandblasted redwood also make attractive signs. Duroply signs are used quite often in real estate advertising and new building site signs. These are more of a temporary type sign, but will last a few years. Redwood sandblasted signs will last several years. Sandblasted signs are commonly used around apartment complexes, doctors' clinics, law offices and gated communities. See examples below.
